The Apartment is located in Holetown only 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and a range of facilities. Within 10 minutes’ walk are the Sunset Crest shopping centres with banks, a supermarket and a range of stores catering to all of your needs. The upmarket Lime Grove complex offers designer shopping plus a range of restaurants and a luxury cinema. Dining offers in the area range from world renowned restaurants like The Cliff and elegant dining at Tides to beach bars, local rum shops and fast food outlets. There is a Chinese Restaurant / Bar on site. There is even a 24-hour medical centre within a few minutes’ walk.

The coral sand beaches of Barbados are on your doorstep and all beaches have public access. You can swim at the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach or on the nearby beaches in Holetown. A newly opened boardwalk provides access to many lovely coves.

The apartment is in a peaceful complex set in beautiful mature grounds with a 25 metre pool. There is a small bar/restaurant on site and 24 hour reception. The complex is very safe and secure. The apartment is on the second floor and reached by a modern lift.

The accommodation comprises a large living/dining room, a good sized balcony with views over the garden towards the sea, a compact well equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom is spacious and has two single beds or a large 6 ft king size bed. A third bed can be provided on request.

Although set well back from the main road the apartment enjoys good access to public transport with bus services to Speighstown to the North, Oistins to the South and easy access to the island’s capital, Bridgetown. It is roughly 45 minutes from Grantley Adams International Airport which has daily flights from the UK, USA and Canada as well as flights from neighbouring islands, Germany and South America.

Our rates are £80 per night in High Season (1 November to 30 April) and £60 per night during Low Season (1 May to 30 October). A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance and £200 refundable damage deposit due 60 days before arrival.

You can book and pay through HomeAway using their credit card secure payment system by following the link https://www.homeaway.co.uk/p6814598 but please note that this involves you paying HomeAway a guest service charge on top of our rental rate. If you book with Homeaway the Barbados Government tax is 10% of the total cost of the booking.

Alternatively you can contact us by email and make a direct booking with payments to our UK bank account. In this case instead of the 10% tax  there is a Barbados Government room rate levy of $2.50 USD per night payable in local currency on arrival.

We will refund 100% of payments made for cancellations more than 60 days before your arrival date. We will refund 50% for cancellations more than 30 days but 60 days or less before your arrival date. No refunds will be given for cancellations 30 days or less before scheduled arrival date.

330 Golden View is owned by Sandy and Kim Penfold. Sandy was born in Barbados and went to England to study. Kim comes from Cornwall. After spending most of their working lives in England they moved to Barbados in 2009. Although retired, they both still do a little consultancy work. Sandy is also an artist and some of her works are displayed in the apartment.
